The Moticam 1080X Microscope Camera is a high-performance imaging solution for modern microscopy documentation. Its Full HD 1080p resolution and high-sensitivity Sony CMOS sensor deliver crisp, accurate colour images for biological, educational, or industrial applications.

It offers three flexible operating modes:

HDMI Stand-Alone

Connect directly to any HDMI monitor, TV, or projector—no computer required. Control all camera settings via the embedded mouse-driven interface. Capture images and record videos to the on-board SD card. Automatic exposure, white balance, and other settings make operation fast, intuitive, and compact.

USB Computer Control

For users who need more control, connect the camera to a PC or laptop via USB. Use the included Motic Images Plus 3.1 software for enhanced capture options, measurement functions, image processing, and video recording. Works on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Access the camera wirelessly using a computer or mobile device. Use the Motic Images Plus v3.1 app to control settings, capture images, and share results quickly.

This camera is compatible with most microscopes using a C-mount interface. Optional 0.5x adapters are available for standard tube diameters. Its flexible design makes it perfect for research, quality control, teaching, and industrial inspection workflows.
